Harisons Projects Limited (HPL) was incorporated on 2 February 2026. HPL acquired the operating business of Harisons Industries as a going concern with effect from 31 March 2026 under a Business Transfer Agreement.
Historic project awards, client approvals and empanelments that remain documented in the name of Harisons Industries are therefore presented on this website as promoter/predecessor operating experience. They are not described as awards originally issued to HPL.
